Was going to the dentist and noticed this place next door that is jam packed with toys and nostalgic treats. The clerk asked my daughter and I if we needed help and told him we were looking for a birthday gift for my 12 year old son. He had great suggestions which was nice given this is a tough age to find something non electronic that they will like. My son loved the Ring Stix game he suggested and asks to play it all the time. Would never have found a gift like this if I went to Target. My daughter was excited to find some pop rocks which she had a hard time believing existed when I was a kid. Only advice is make it easier to see your store. I had no idea this place existed and have walked by a number of times. |
That is fantastic news – made my day. Have been having lots of lousy customer service experiences of late so this comes as a pleasant surprise. I am in sales as well and I seem to jump thru hoops for customers as a norm. It is frustrating when you are on the other end and get underwhelmed when expecting better.
I will certainly go out of my way to promote your product and service. Word of mouth is the best advertising.
